STOCK  PHOTOGRAPHY  BY  DONNA  BEELER

  

I'm  a  freelance  photographer.  For  the  past  two  years  I  have  been  on  a  personal sojourn  as  a  professional  photographer.  One  day  I  decided  to  follow  my  heart  and develop  my  calling  after  sitting  in  a  cubical  for  over  a  decade  of  pushing  paper  and sorting  files.  That  cubical  became  my  temple  of  meditation  until  it  was  time  to nurture  my  heart  string.  Photography  has  become  my  life.  I  have  always  been  very passionate  about  photography  as  I've   always  been  the  one  at  every  event  with  the camera.  I  am  always eager  to  get  out  and  get  the  shot,  no  matter   what  the circumstances  are.   It's  a  passion  I  can  only  fulfill  with  pictures.

I  love  children.  My  camera  and  I  have  a  special  connection  with  the  little  angels  in  their  world.  I  love  all  the  beauty  of  the  nature  all  around  me.   It's  a  joy  to  be  able  to capture  those  special  moments  in  time.  That  is what  makes  it  all  so  fulfilling.
I  graduated  from  Paris  High  School  in   Paris  Missouri  in 1979.   I  moved  to  Texas  in  1984  where  I  worked  multiple jobs.  In  1991  my  husband  and  myself  opened  our  own  business  in  Wylie,  Texas  which  we  ran  until  2006.  It  was  at  this  time  I  went  out  on  my  own  to  realize  a  dream  I  had  always  had  to  become  a  photographer.  I  have  no  formal schooling  in  the  art  of  photography.  What  I  have  learned  has  been  from  experience.  I  always  had  the ability  to  learn  by doing  which  is  how  I  have  done  it  with  photography.

I   have  had  numerous  photos  published  through  stock  photography  agencies.  In addition to that I  have  also been  published  in  Texas Highways  Magazine  as  well  as  Harcourt  School  Publishers.  Valspar  Paint  Company  has  also  used  one  of  my  photos for  use  on  their  paint  cans.
